ABOUT
Executive Harmony was founded by Elena Hedoux, Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC, International Coaching Federation) specialising in applied neuroscience, with over 25 years of experience in international and intergovernmental environments.
While working at the Council of Europe, Elena also served as Head Coach, where she designed and led internal coaching initiatives — gaining firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face in demanding, multicultural contexts.
