Elena is an Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC, International Coaching Federation) specialising in applied neuroscience, with over 25 years of experience in international and intergovernmental environments.
While working at the Council of Europe, she also served as Head Coach, where she designed and led internal coaching initiatives gaining firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face in demanding, multicultural contexts.
Psychologist and educator, neurointegration trainer and an experienced manager with natural leadership strengths, Elena has always placed coaching at the centre of her professional path.
