OUR STORY

Executive Harmony was founded by
Elena Hedoux. The name reflects both Elena’s initials and her strong belief that professionals can build fulfilling careers.

Elena is an Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC, International Coaching Federation) specialising in applied neuroscience, with over 25 years of experience in international and intergovernmental environments.

While working at the Council of Europe, she also served as Head Coach, where she designed and led internal coaching initiatives — gaining firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face in demanding, multicultural contexts.

A trained psychologist and educator, and an experienced manager with natural leadership strengths, Elena has always placed coaching at the centre of her professional path. Through Executive Harmony, she has built a trusted collaboration network of highly reputed coaches and trainers.

Having worked and lived in four countries, she brings a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and open-mindedness, and is widely recognised for her ability to build trust across cultures, inspire others, and support genuine growth.
